Declared 2012 Republican Presidential Candidate

Matt Snyder

Presidential Candidate Matt Snyder

Snyder position on Gun Control

Automobile fatalities in America slightly outnumber firearm fatalities-- just over 30,000 deaths/yr. each. We license motorists, teach classes, and issue punishments for improper behavior; still they are often used in criminal acts. Cars are not protected by the Constitution. Snyder’s belief is that car control should come before gun control. Also, roughly half of the firearm fatalities are suicides, so car control is actually twice as vital.
